Refund & Return
We accept returns on most items, subject to the conditions below.

Return Window:

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery or ship date.

Authorization Required:

All returns require prior approval and a Return Authorization (RA/RMA/RGA) number.

Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

Condition Requirements:

Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in mint condition.

Items that have been installed, assembled, used, or previously displayed are not returnable.

Non-Returnable Items:

Vanity tops and specialty items (including marble or fragile custom items) are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee:

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee (or up to 20% where applicable by product category).

Damaged or Defective Items

Shipping Damage:

Damage must be reported within the required inspection period and documented with photos.

If damage is properly reported and approved, we will cover return and replacement shipping costs.

Defective Merchandise:

Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Photos and a copy of the invoice are required.

Warranty Claims:

Items under manufacturer warranty and purchased directly from us may qualify for repair or replacement.

Warranty claims must be submitted with a description and images when applicable.

Exchanges:

Approved exchanges for defective items may ship with the next order or as scheduled by our warehouse.

Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund with no fees.

Orders canceled after shipment must follow the return process and are subject to restocking and shipping fees.

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping, freight, expedited shipping, and accessorial charges are non-refundable.

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be issued for the product price only, minus restocking and shipping fees.

Damage occurring after delivery, installation, or use

Property damage during customer-arranged pickup

Labor, installation errors, or consequential damages
Please inspect all Products and plumbing connections prior to use. Installation or transit may affect product integrity.
