Shipping Information

We ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States only. 

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Transit Time: Estimated delivery time is 6–8 business days, depending on location and carrier. Transit times are not guaranteed.

  • Carriers:

    • Items under 100 lbs ship via parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc.).

    • Items over 100 lbs ship via common carrier (LTL freight).

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

  • Freight & Delivery:

    • All freight deliveries are curbside only at the front of the home.

    • Liftgate service is included for residential deliveries when required.

    • Inside delivery, white-glove service, or special handling must be requested before shipment and may incur additional charges. Not available for all product.

  • Special Locations & Fees:

    • Additional fees may apply for rural, limited-access, island, or specialty locations.

    • Commercial locations without a dock may incur residential or liftgate fees.

    • Address changes after shipment will incur a $60 re-consignment fee, plus any freight adjustments.

  • Exclusions: We do not ship to APO/FPO boxes, PO Boxes, hotels (unless part of a hospitality project), or specialty items requiring custom freight unless quoted separately.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our reasonable control.

Receiving & Inspecting Your Order

Someone must be present to receive freight deliveries.

  • At Delivery:

    • Inspect all boxes before signing the delivery receipt.

    • If packaging appears damaged, note “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt and have the carrier acknowledge it.

  • After Delivery:

    • Inspect items immediately and report any visible or concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery (or within 1 business day where required).

    • Claims must include photos of the product, packaging, and delivery receipt.

  • Important:

    • Do not discard original packaging until the item has been fully inspected and approved.

    • All returns must be in original packaging. No exceptions.

Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage occurring after delivery, installation, or use

  • Property damage during customer-arranged pickup

  • Labor, installation errors, or consequential damages

Please inspect all Products and plumbing connections prior to use. Installation or transit may affect product integrity.
